I spent years being the so called I.T guru that all my friends and friends of friends would turn to when they had a computer related problem. Problems could be anything from needing new hardware to virus protection and removal. The requests got more frequent and more ranging and began covering such things as Business Card design, flyers and logos.

The natural progression moved to websites, web design and search engine optimisation (SEO). It was at this point mid 2008 that I took the decision to do these jobs properly rather than as favours for friends. So MALDesigns was created. The website was initially for friends to go to and find out exactly what services I could offer and to see examples of my work, be that business card design, websites, web design or graphic design work.

Since that day the work requests have increased considerably and become more diverse. The core business these days is web design, SEO, graphic design, social network integration and Pay Per Click (PPC) management. I am also pleased to say that due to the increase in PPC related work, particularly with Google Adwords I have become an Individual Google Certified Partner, having passed the relevant exams.

The referrals are thankfully still supplying plenty of business and plenty of happy, satisfied clients.
